活性炭对水中血红蛋白的吸附研究 被引量:1

摘要 以血红蛋白水溶液为原料,直接进行活性炭吸附,分别研究了吸附温度、吸附时间、血红蛋白溶液的浓度、活性炭加入量等条件对血红蛋白吸附的影响,确定了最适宜工艺条件.该方法的最适宜工艺条件是:吸附温度为30℃,吸附时间为5h,血红蛋白稀释浓度比为1∶10,活性炭加入量为30g.制备的血红蛋白活性炭可应用于滤棒产品,以提高其对烟气中亚硝胺的吸附能力. The activated char was directly adsorbed by hemoglobin in hemoglobin solution.The effects of adsorption temperature, time, concentration of hemoglobin solution, amount of activated char added on the adsorption of hemoglobin in water were studied in this paper. The best technological conditions were given as follows :adsorption temperature is 30 ℃; adsorption time is 5 h; concentration ratio of hemoglobin solution is 1:10; the amount of activated char added is 30 g.
