摘要
消费者满意度是企业衡量产品完善程度和为消费者提供服务能力的一个重要指标,对于旅游企业,消费者满意度就是旅游者的情感满足度,但是情感的度量具有一定的难度,目前较通行的方法有两种,即期望实绩比较法和层次分析法。
The degree of consumer satisfaction is an important index to measure the quality of products and the service ability in corporations, while for tourism corporations, it is the degree of tourist emotion satisfaction, but it is hard to measure, and there are two ways: expectation-fact comparison and the analytic hierarchy process.
