This paper focused on the challenges confronted with the teachers of higher education in china under the background of the rise of knowledge economy in 21^st century, the development of science and technology, the popularization of information technology and the current situation of home and abroad educational reform. And the writer did the essential discussion on the utilization of modern educational technology and promotion of high teacher education reform from the respects such as condition of facilities, teachers＇ quality, and educaional ideology.
