An Analysis of Multimedia and Large-class English Teaching

对“大班制”英语教学应充分利用现代化的多媒体技术手段,发挥多媒体教学的直观特性,创设真实的英语教学环境。宜将任务式教学法与交际式教学法相结合,充分激发学生的学习积极性,注重培养他们分析问题、解决问题的能力。只有在教学过程中,处理好多媒体教学与传统教学手段的关系,多媒体和教学内容的关系,教师的主导性和学生的主体性的关系,才能不断提高教学质量。

Based on the analysis and comparison between advantages and disadvantages of large - class English teaching, some strategies were thought out. The modern multimedia teaching method was used to build up the real English teaching spots. By task -based Language framework and communicative teaching method we can promote students＇ learning motivation and train their abilities of analyzing and solving problems. At the same time the reLationships should be minded between the multimedia teaching and the traditional teaching methods, multimedia instructions and teaching contents, and the teacher＇s leading and the students＇ centering.
