摘要
用Uster AFIS单纤维测试仪对在不同道夫、刺辊速度和后固定盖板隔距条件下所加工的生条进行了未成熟纤维含量检测,结果显示,当梳棉机产量较低时,后固定盖板隔距选择0.25 mm有利于未成熟纤维的去除,当梳棉机产量较高时,后固定盖板隔距宜选择0.5 mm。
The immature fibers contained in the card sliver are tested by Uster AFIS when the sliver is processed by different doffer speed and taker-in speed and different back fixed flat setting. The result shows that 0.25mm back fixed flat setting is favorable for the removal of immature fibers when the output is low whilst 0.5mm back fixed flat setting is favorable for the removal of immature fibers when output is high.
