介绍了轻薄双色弹力牛仔布的风格特点及络筒、整经、浆染、织造工序的工艺要求和关键技术,采取“小张力、保伸长、低黏度、低后梁”的工艺配置,能较好地保证产品质量。
Style and characteristics of lightweight elastic double-eolour denim are introduced in this paper with processing requirements and technological keys in winding, warping, dyeing, sizing and weaving put forward. With low tension, guaranteed stretch, low viscosity and low back beam, the quality of sized beam and woven fabric can be ensured.
