摘要
经多次试验验证,采用新型下销或尼龙上销均能稳定改善JC 5.8 tex的成纱质量。当新型下销和尼龙上销组合配置时,试验表明对提高JC 5.8 tex的成纱质量更有优势,进一步探讨了新配置对选择前道胶辊硬度的影响。
Experiments prove that the JC 5.8 tex yarn quality can be improved stably by use of new bottom pin or nylon up pin. And a reasonable set up of bottom pins and nylon up pins can further improve the yarn quality. The paper also discussed the influence of the new set up on the hardness selection of the rubber roller of the fore process.
