复方甘草酸苷联合大剂量促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Large Dose Hepatocyte Growth-promoting Factors in the Treatment of Severe Hepatitis

目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合大剂量促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法将72例重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组在降酶、退黄,提高血清白蛋白、升高凝血酶原活动度,以及治疗有效率等方面均优于对照组,差异具有显著性。结论复方甘草酸苷联合大剂量促肝细胞生长素治疗重型肝炎效果显著。

Objeetive To study the therapeutic efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin combined with large dose hepatocyts growth- promoting factor（PHGF） in the treaanent of severe hepatitis. Methods 72 patients with severe hepatitis were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group. Results It was more prominent of decrease icterus index, increase seralbumin, the activity of prothrombin and the effective rate in the trial group than in the control group. Conclusion It is effective and safe to treat severe hepatitis with compound glycyrrhizin and PHGF.
