新生儿黄疸光照疗法的观察与护理

Observation and nursing for newborns with jaudice who have accepted phototherapy

目的总结新生儿黄疸光照疗法的护理经验，探讨新生儿黄疸的护理要点，提高护理质量，改善护患关系。方法对168例黄疸新生儿根据其具体病情和患儿家属的心理状况，采取光照疗法及相应的护理措施。结果本组168例患儿中，166例好转出院，2例因家庭因素光疗不足4h，黄疸未退自动出院。结论新生儿黄疸发生原因复杂，但采取及时正确的治疗方法和相应的护理措施，能更快而有效地降低血清未结合胆红素，减少胆红素脑病的发生，促进患儿早日康复，并更好地改善医护患关系。

Objective To study the nursing points for newborns with jaudice when cured by phototherapy, and then improve the nursing quality and ameliorate the relationship between nurses and patients. Methods Different phototherapy and nursing cares were use for 168 newborns with jaudice according to their different condition. Results There were 166 newborns recovered,2 newborns discharged bucause of family factors. Conclusions The pathogeny of jaudice for newborns are complicated,but intime and effectively nursing cares and proper freatment can decrease the serum bilirnbin level,and avoid bilirnbin encephalepathy, and then improve the recovery, of newborns.
