哮喘患儿行为问题与家庭功能的相关性分析

Behavior problems of asthma children and the correlation with family function

目的研究哮喘患儿行为问题的特点及其与家庭功能的关系，为哮喘患儿行为问题的干预措施提供依据。方法选用家庭功能评定量表（FAD）、Conners儿童行为问卷分别对113例哮喘息儿和113名正常儿童组成的对照组进行调查，并对结果进行分析。结果哮喘患儿行为问题总检出率为32．7％，对照组儿童行为问题检出率为17．7％，哮喘患儿行为问题较为严重（Х^2=6．78，P〈0．01）；哮喘患儿家庭总体功能弱于对照组儿童，家庭功能量表中除角色和情感反应因子外，其他因子均与哮喘患儿行为问题存在低度或中度正相关。结论哮喘息儿存在较多的行为问题，患儿的家庭功能与行为问题有关，应重视对哮喘息儿行为问题的预防和干预，减少家庭功能不良对患儿行为问题的影响。

Objective To study the behavior problems of asthma children and the correlation with family function. Methods Using the family assessment device scale and the Conners scale to interview 113 asthma children and 113 healthy children respectively, and then comparing the datum which had been obtained from them. Results The checking out rate of behavior problems in the asthma children was 32.7%, which was significantly higher than that of in the healthy children,Х^2=6.78, P〈0.01. The family functions in the asthma children were weaker than those of in the healthy children, there was a correlation between the behavior problems and the family functions for asthma children. Conclusions Asthma children have several behavior problems, which should be emphasized to then reduce the negative influence of ill family functions on the behavior problems of asthma children.
