摘要
从系统论的角度,分析了南平机制的结构与特征,按照系统论的整体原则,考察了南平机制的目标模式,并探讨了保证南平机制有效运行的基本做法及其启示。
Based on system theory, the structure and characteristics of Nanping mechanism are analyzed. According to the principles of system theory, the objective pattern of Nanping mechanism is investigated. Meanwhile, the basic approaches to guarantee Nanping mechanism work effectively and its enlightenment are explored.
