我国各地区高新技术开发区发展的综合评价

The Comprehensive Evaluation of High-tech Zones in Various Areas of China

高新技术开发区是我国各地区高新技术产业发展的载体,各地区都非常重视高新区的发展,投入了大量的资金、人力和物力,那么这些投入在不同的开发区的效果如何是一个值得研究的问题。通过建立评价高新区发展的DEA综合评价模型,应用聚类分析在DEA模型结果的基础上对各高新开发区发展状况进行分类,给出了相关分析和建议,供决策部门和相关人员参考。

The hi-tech development zones is the carrier of hi-tech industry in our country various areas, various areas all extremely pay much attention to the development of hi-tech zones, and invest massive funds,manpower and physical resources, then how is the effect of these investments in different development zones,which is worth researching. This article establishs the comprehensive evaluation which based on DEA model to appraise the development of hi-tech development zones, then applies the cluster analysis to carry on the classification on the development condition of each hi-tech development zones on the DEA model results, some relative analysis and advice is achieved, which is valuable to make decisions for some sections.
