摘要
对云南红豆杉种子开展了变温层积的萌发效应试验研究,以探讨不同时间的暖温和低温交替配置处理对其沙藏种子发芽率的影响。试验结果表明:参试的7个处理中有6个与对照间在种子发芽率上存在α=0.01水平上的极显著差异,说明变温层积显著提高了沙藏云南红豆杉种子的发芽率,其中以4个月暖温后接4个月低温,6个月暖温接2个月低温,3个月暖温接5个月低温,以及5个月暖温接3个月低温等4种暖、低温配置变温层积处理的种子发芽率较高,其依次为:49.67%,40.67%,39.67%和38%。另据红豆杉属其他树种的种子休眠研究状况及成果,提出了在云南红豆杉种子休眠方面需要开展的试验研究工作。
Germination experiment was conducted on sand storing seeds of Taxus yunnanensis to study the effects of different combination of warm-cold stratification treatment on germination rate of seeds. The experimental results showed that among the total seven treatments, six treatments showed very significant difference ( α= 0. 01 ) compared with the control. The results indicated that warm-cold stratification treatment increased the germination rate of Taxus yunnanensis seeds significantly. Four treatments including four months warm condition (24℃) and four months cold condition (3 ℃ ), six months warm condition and two months cold condition, three months warm condition and five months cold condition, five months warm condition and three months cold condition got high germi- nation rate of 49.67 %, 40.67 %, 39.67 % and 38 % respectively. Besides, by reviewing the conditions and a- chievements of seed dormancy study of other species of Taxus, some researches need to be conducted in seed dormancy field of Taxus yunnanensis were proposed.
