采用分光光度法法测定了我国六种蝮蛇原毒中15种微量元素,结果表明其含量各有差异,这与采集蛇毒的地区有关。我们认为蛇毒中微量元素的含量亦应列为质量检测指标之一,为临床药用提供依据。

Fifteen kinds of trace element in venoms from 6 kinds of Agykistrodon Halys were detected with absorption spectrophatomery, The results show that these contents are different in different venoms, The difference is due to this colletion from different areas,There afore the differenee in contents of trace elements showed be taken as one of the test indexes and can be used as basis for the Clenial medication of venoms.
