妙肤灵烧伤膏对肛瘘挂线术后创面愈合的临床研究

Clinical study of miaofuling burn cream in wound healing after drainage thread operation of anal fistula

为观察妙肤灵烧伤膏对促进肛瘘术后创面的愈合作用,对92例肛瘘患者术后创面分2组进行对比观察。结果显示,妙肤灵膏组较之对照组,在减轻创口疼痛、减少瘢痕、缩短愈合时间等方面的疗效,均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),尤其提示在肛瘘术后中后期,对创面修复具有促进作用。

Objective To observe the curative efficacy of miaofuling burn cream hasten healing time of wound after drainage thread operation of anal fistula ,All the 92 cases with anal fistula were divided two groups which were control obeerved .result show the curative efficacy of miaofuling burn cream was obviously better than contral groups in lessen wound pain and reduce scar and shorten wound healing time and so on （P〈0.05） Especially middle and late stage of after operation of anal fistula miaofuling bum cream has accelerating restoration.
