摘要
目的:探讨无防腐剂的磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液和氧氟沙星滴眼液的可行性。方法配制不含防腐剂的磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液、氧氟沙星滴眼液,依据《中国药典》进行微生物限度检查。结果不含防腐剂的磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液、氧氟沙星滴眼液的微生物限度检查结果符合《中国药典》规定。结论无防腐剂的磺胺醋酰钠滴眼液、氧氟沙星滴眼液是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To study the practicability of sulfacetamide sodium eye drops and ofloxacin eye drops without preservatives. METHODS Test the limits of microorganisms of unpreserved ofloxacin eye drops and unpreserved sulfacetamide sodium eye drops according to the regulations of Chinese Pharmacopiea. RESULTS Preservatives free sulfacetamide sodium eye drops and ofloxacin eye drops met with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopiea. CONCLUSIONS Unpreserved sulfacetamide sodium eye drops and ofloxacin eye drops could be prepared.
