摘要 对新型大锻件用钢25CrNi3MoV在不同回火温度和冲击试验温度下的组织与冲击性能进行了研究。结果表明,25CrNi3MoV钢在200-600℃范围内回火时,随回火温度的升高,屈服强度缓慢下降、冲击吸收功缓慢增大;600℃以上回火时,强度急剧下降、冲击功迅速升高。670℃回火后,试验钢具有良好的强韧性配合,屈服强度为750 MPa,室温冲击功为92 J,脆性转变温度50%FATT为-90℃。 The microstructure and impact properties of the new type 25CrNi3MoV steel for heavy forgings under varied tempering temperature and impact test temperatures were studied. The results show that the impact energy increases and the yield strength decreases slowly with increasing the tempering temperature in the range of 200 - 600℃, and the impact energy increases and the strength decreases sharply when the tempering temperature is increased to above 600 ℃. When tempered at 670 ℃, the steel has a combination of high strength and excellent toughness with the yield strength of 750 MPa,the room temperature impact energy of 92 J, and the brittle transition temperature (50% FATY) of -90℃.
