运用价值链分析方法,提出了粮食安全价值链的概念和基本结构,从识别价值链、识别成本动因、识别战略环节等方面探讨了粮食安全价值链的分析方法,将粮食安全价值链的活动分为三种类型:即公共提供型、混合提供型和市场提供型,并提出了相应的实现方式。

The thesis gives the cocept and basic structure of the value chain related to food security by means of value chain analysis, and discusses the method to analyse the value chain related to food security into three types, that is, to provide it by the public, by the mixture and by the market, then give the advice on how to carry it out.
