摘要
现阶段职业女性普遍存在着角色冲突问题,这一问题的产生具有历史、社会、家庭和个人因素。以工作--家庭边界理论为指导,强化边界维持者(社会、组织、家庭)和边界跨越者(职业女性)的相互沟通和理解支持,是协调解决职业女性角色冲突的一种系统性策略选择。
There is an ubiquitous role conflict of professional females, which is caused by historical, social, family and individual factors. Guided by the work/family border theory, this paper holds that it is a systematic strategy to strengthen the communication, comprehension and sustaining between the border maintainer (society, organization or family) and the border spanner (professional female).
