小剂量强的松治疗男性甲亢浸润性突眼31例疗效分析

Small dose prednisone for the treatment of 31 male patients with thyrotoxic infiltrative exophthalmos

目的:分析小剂量强的松治疗男性甲亢浸润性突眼的疗效。方法:强的松10 mg,1次/天,疗程1年;他巴唑10 mg,1次/天;甲状腺片40mg,1次/天。观察治疗前与治疗后3、6、9、12个月各测1次突眼度、眼压、视力、体重,TT3、TT4、TSH、TGA、TMA,共计5次。计算出这些指标的平均值,并进行比较。结果:治疗前与治疗后12个月相比:(1)突眼度、TGA、TMA均降低,8例暴露性结膜炎全部治愈,每例双眼可以完全闭合。治疗前后相比差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:小剂量强的松治疗男性甲亢浸润性突眼疗效显著、简单、安全,值得临床推广运用。

Objective ：To analyse the curative effect of small dose prednisone for the treatment of the male patients with thyrotoxic infdtative exophthalmos.Methods：All the male patients with thyrotoxic infdtrative exophthalmos were treated with prednisone 10 mg,tapazole 10 mg and thyroid tablet 40 mg which were all served after breakfast for a year.The extent of proptosis,intraocular pressure,vision, body weight,TT3,TT4,TSH,TGA and TMA were respectively observed and detected before and 3,6,9,12 months after treatment for 5 times in total.Then the mean values of these indexes were counted and dealt with statistically,and compared by tabulation.Results：After treatment for a year,the extent of proptosis,TGA and TMA were all reduced,with a significant difference between before and after treatment（P〈0.01）. All 8 cases of exposure conjunctivitis were cured,their palpebrae closed completely.Conclusion：Small dose prednisone for the treatment of the male patients with thyrotoxic infiltrative exophthalmos was very effective, simple and safe.h should be applied in clinic.
