固溶体组态熵的统计分析与应用

摘要 本文根据原厂偏聚效应的统计分析计算出固溶体的组态熵.并导出混合自由能表达式,最后将结果应用于固溶体析出。事实表明脱溶时母相中的确存在与析出相成分相同的偏聚区;调幅分解温度远低于脱溶分解温度。 The solid-solution configurational entropy has been calculated on the basis of the statistical analysis of an atomic aggregate effect and the formulae of the free energy of mixing have been derived. It has been shown that the parent phase has indeed aggregate areas the composition of which is just the same as the precipitated phase in precipitations, and the temperature of spinodal decompositions is much lower than that of precipitations.
