用废铝氧吸附剂制取铝铵矾的研究

STUDY ON MANUFACTURE OF ALUMINIUM AMMONIUM SULFATE FROM WASTE ALUMINA ADSORBENT

本工艺采用酸溶、结晶的方法．从废铝氧吸附剂制取铝铵矾。在确定的优惠工艺条件下．Ａｌ２Ｏ３溶出率达８５％，铝铵矾结晶率达９５％以上．并获得纯度高的铝铵矾产品。

This process uses acid decomposition and crystallization to manufacture aluminum ammonium sulfate from waste alumina adsorbent. Under the optimum operation condititons,the dissolution ratio of Al2O3, is 85% and crystallization ratio of aluminium ammonium sulfate is greater than 95%. the purity of the product is very good.
