117例甲沟成形术治疗嵌甲的临床分析

Clinical analysis of nail groove plasty for acronyx in 117 cases

目的:探讨甲沟成形术治疗嵌甲的方法及疗效。方法:117例嵌甲急性发作患者,特别是积脓的患者,先局部切开排脓并换药1周后再行手术。结果:117例患者中116例I期愈合,无并发症发生。1例患者伤口感染,经多次换药并2期缝合后痊愈。经3～24个月的随访,效果良好,未见嵌甲复发。结论:甲沟成形术手术创伤小,预后好,复发率低,远期疗效确切,为治疗嵌甲的理想手术方式。

Objective：To evaluste the method and effect of nail groove plasty for acrongx.Methods：117 patients with acrongx ineluding male 48 cases,female 69 case,acrongx in hallux of left foot 36 cases,acrongx in hallux of right foot 27 cases and 54 csses in hallux of both feet were .analysed retrospectively.The patients with acut episode,especially with empyema in mail groove,were incised to discharge pus for one week before operation.Results：116 cases were healed by first intention without any complication.Only I case had wound infection,and was also healed by second intention after repeated dressing change.The curative effect in all patients was good after a follow-up of 3-24 months.Conclusion：Nail groove plasty has less trauma,good effect,low recmTence rate and sure prostecdtive efficacy,it is an ideal operative mode to treat acronyx.
