成人冠状动脉起源异常分析

Analysis of anomalous origin of the coronary artery in adult

目的:分析成人冠状动脉起源异常的发生情况。方法:回顾性分析我院2003年3月～2006年12月接受冠状动脉造影的690例患者。结果:完成冠状动脉造影690例,检出冠状动脉起源异常10例,检出率为1.4%。结论:冠状动脉造影是冠状动脉起源异常及确定其类型的重要手段。

Objective：To investigate the patterns of anomalous origin of the coronary artery and frequency of occurrence in adult undergoing coronary arteriography.Methods：The data from 690 cases of cases of coronary arteriography were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.Results：Among 690 patients,10 cases were found to have anomalous origin of the coronary artery,the detectable rate was 1.4%. Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery（RCA）was 6 cases（6/10）,RCA was found to originate from the none sinus of Valsalva in 3 cases,from the left sinus of Valsalva in 1 case,from the the ascending aorta in 3 cases.Anomalous origin of the left coronary artery（LCA） was 3 cases （3/10）,LCA was found to originate from the right sinus of Valsalva in 1 case,from the RCA in 1 case,from the the ascending aorta in 1 case.Concluslon：Coronary arteriography is the most important method for accurate diagnosis of various patterns of anomalous origin of the coronary artery,the total detectable rate of this study to that of existed studies.
