副鼻窦疾病中螺旋CT多层面重建的合理应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨螺旋CT多层面重组技术对副鼻窦轴位扫描取代常规冠状扫描。方法:对30位为副鼻窦炎患者进行轴位螺旋扫描,30位患者进行直接冠状位扫描。结果:通过对比多层面重建图像能清楚显示各鼻窦及窦口。结论:图像与直接冠状图像效果相同,可以取代冠状位扫描。
