摘要
从法科教育的属性谈起,分析当前我国法学本科教育中职业伦理教育的缺失及其严重后果。从重构法学教育的目标定位、建立高等法学教育与司法考试的良性互动、重视法学家的职业伦理教育三个方面详细论证如何实现法学本科职业伦理教育的目标。
The essay starts from the attribute of the law education, analyzing the shortage and serious outcome of the professional ethical education present in country＇s law education. Then the essay proves how to achieve the goal of professional ethical law education in undergraduate course from the three parts below： rebuilding the goal location of law education; building the positive interactive between the higher law education and judicial examination; paying more attention to law scholar＇s professional ethical education.
