摘要
课堂教学中的不公平现象的出现,有其客观原因,又有主观原因,主要体现在课堂交往、课堂心理和教学评价中的不公平,因此,要解这个问题,一是要确立教育民主化思想,建立平等的师生关系;二是要注重学生的差异;三是要构建丰富多样的教学组织形式;四是要建立科学合理的教学评价体系。
The unfairs in class teaching invovle unfairs in class communication,class pyschology and teaching appraising.The appearance of the unfair phenomena can be attributed to objective and subjective reasons.To settle doun the problem,the following should de carried out:First,establies educational democracy ideology and build equal teacherstudent relation;second ,pay attention to the individuality of students;Third ,construct all kinds of teaching organization form;Forth, establish scientific and rational teaching apprais system.
