摘要
对采用3种不同贮藏法和5种不同处理的3种柴胡种子进行发芽率情况调查,结果表明:狭叶柴胡和北柴胡的种子在4℃冰箱中贮藏发芽率最高,室内次之,湿沙包埋后放在4℃冰箱贮藏的最低;用250 ppmGA处理过的种子发芽率均为最高.经4℃冰箱贮藏、用250 ppmGA处理过的柴胡种子发芽率最高,狭叶柴胡达57.3%,北柴胡达80.0%.
The effects of three kinds of storage and five kinds of treatments were investigated on seeds germination rate of three Bupleururn cultivars, which showed that B. scorzonerae - folium Willd. and Bup - leururn chinense DC had the highest germination rate reserved in refrigerator at 4 ℃, the germination rate of seeds stored in room was ranked second, and the seeds, packed with wet sands, then removed to refrigerator at 4℃ had the lowest germination rate. The seeds of three kinds treated with 250 ppm GA had highest germination rate. The seeds stored in refrigerator （4 ℃ ） , then treated with 250 ppm GA had the highest germination rate . But the germination rate of t3. scorzonerae - foliurn Willd and Bup - leururn chinense DC were up to 57.3 % and 80.0 % , respectively .
