摘要
为培养优质抗病晒烟雄性不育杂交种,采用细胞核置换法,以晒烟优良品系牡晒84-21-2为轮回亲本,以烤烟定型不育系MS G28为非轮回亲本,通过连续回交,使MS G28不育系的核基因被晒烟优良品系牡晒84-21-2的核基因所替换,从而育成牡晒84-21-2的雄性不育同型系MS牡晒84-21-2.以MS牡晒84-21-2为母本,以牡晒93-3-6为父本组配育成优质抗病晒烟雄性不育杂交种龙杂烟一号.
The cell nucleus replacement was adopted to breed the male sterile hybrid with high quality resistance. The quality sun-cured tobacco clones Mushai 84-21-2 and flue-cured tobacco sterile line MS G28 backcrossed consecutively as recurrent parent and donor parent respectively, which replaced the nuclear gene of sterile line MS G28 by nuclear gene of the quality sun-cured tobacco clones Mushai 84-21-2, then the male sterile line Mushai 84-21-2 was bred. MS Mushai 84-21-2 and Mushai 93-3-6 bred the sun-cured crossbreed Longza No. 1 as female parent and male parent respectively.
