HPLC法测定甲硝唑漱口液中甲硝唑的含量

Determination of metronidazole in Metronidazole Gargles by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定甲硝唑漱口液中甲硝唑的含量。方法采用日本岛津VP-ODS色谱柱（150mm×4.6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水（30：70）为流动相，检测波长300nm，流速：1.0mL·min^-1，柱温：30℃，进样量：20μL。结果甲硝唑在10～120μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999），平均回收率为99.5%（RSD=0.19%）。结论本方法灵敏度高，操作简便、可靠，适用于测定甲硝唑漱口液中甲硝唑的含量。

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC methed for determine metronidazole in Metronidazole Gargles.METHODS A Shimadzu VP-ODS（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water（30∶70）.The UV detection wavelength was 300nm,flow rate：1.0mL·min^-1,column temperature：30℃,injection volume：20μL.RESULTS The metronidazole curve was linear in the range from 10 to 120μg·mL^-1（r =0.9999）and the average recovery was 99.5%（RSD=0.19%）.CONCLUSION The method was simple and reliable,and can be used for the determination of metronidazole in Metronidazole Gargles.
