摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定甲硝唑漱口液中甲硝唑的含量。方法采用日本岛津VP-ODS色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(30:70)为流动相,检测波长300nm,流速:1.0mL·min^-1,柱温:30℃,进样量:20μL。结果甲硝唑在10~120μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=0.19%)。结论本方法灵敏度高,操作简便、可靠,适用于测定甲硝唑漱口液中甲硝唑的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC methed for determine metronidazole in Metronidazole Gargles.METHODS A Shimadzu VP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(30∶70).The UV detection wavelength was 300nm,flow rate:1.0mL·min^-1,column temperature:30℃,injection volume:20μL.RESULTS The metronidazole curve was linear in the range from 10 to 120μg·mL^-1(r =0.9999)and the average recovery was 99.5%(RSD=0.19%).CONCLUSION The method was simple and reliable,and can be used for the determination of metronidazole in Metronidazole Gargles.
