基于SPCE061微控制器的微量配料系统的开发

摘要 自动配料系统在工业中应用越来越广泛,本研究开发的基于凌阳SPCE061微控制器的微量配料系统,可以广泛使用在精细化工、医药等行业。本文阐述了其工作原理、硬件组成和软件设计,分析了影响系统精度的因素,采取的相应措施。试验证明,本系统配料精度高达0.2g,可以很好的满足在医药、精细化工中重量少、精度高的要求,并能同时对固体粉末和液体进行配料。 Automatic distribution system is widely used in the industrialization. This thesis tried to explore the micro-distribution system which based on the Visual Basic6.0 and Sunplus SPECE61 MCU (Micro Controler Unit) and could be widely used in the refined chemical industry or medicine industry and so on. It explains the main theories, the hardware and software of the system, analyses the factors which influence the accuracy of such system, and adopted effective way to solve this problem. It is proved that the accuracy of this micro-distribution can reach 0.2g by this system. It meets the demands of minimum and high precision in the medicine industry and refined chemistry. It also can distribute beth the powder and the fluid material.
