电磁干扰源的相关性定位测试方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 EMI的干扰源定位测试是电磁兼容测试的一个重要内容。传统的源定位测试方法对大型电子设备而言效率和准确率都有限。本文介绍一种新的定位方法,该方法基于计算两路同步接收信号的相干函数,可以得到两路信号在频域上的相似性,从中可以判断在特定频点上两个信号的关联程度。该方法可以快速准确地从多个辐射源中找到影响最大的一个。利用虚拟仪器进行了模拟测试,得到了理想的结果,可以为实际应用提供参考。 EMI source localization test is an important part of EMC test. To large electronic equipment, the efficency and veracity of tranditional methods are poor. This article introduce a new way to find the source location by computing two sychono-signals' coherence function and the comparability of two signals at all frcquence. This method can quickly and exactly find out the source. The VI's simulation result is correct.
