摘要
[目的]研究用单扫描示波极谱法测定药物中肾上腺色腙含量的新方法。[方法]在pH=9.0的NH4CI-NH3·H2O溶液中,肾上腺色腙在-600mV(vs.SCE)处产生一还原峰,峰电流在0.4~10.0μg·mL-1范围内成线形关系(r=0.9987),检测限为0.18μg·mL-1。[结果]样品测定值与标示值相比较,相对误差为-1.35%,RSD为1.7%(n=8)。[结论]说明该方法具有较高准确度。加样回收率在94.74%~100.8%之间。
[Objective] To develop a sensitive method for the determination of Carbazochrome by linear-sweep oscillopolarography. [Methods] In NH4CI-NH3·H2O solution (pH=9.0), a reductive peak could be observed at -600 mV (vs.SCE) and the peak current was proportional to the concentration of Carbazochrome in the range of 0.4-10.0 μg·mL^-1 with 0.18 μg·mL^-1 as detectability. [ Results] Compared with pharmacopeia method, the determination results had statisfactory accuracy, the relative error was -1.35% and RSD was 1.7%. [Conclusions] The method is precise and credible, and the l^ecovery rate ranges from 94.74% to 100.8%.
