3种方法鉴定单核细胞增生李斯特菌比较

COMPARASION OF THREE METHODS OF IDENTIFYING LISTERIA MONOCYTOGENES

[目的]采用分子生物学方法(accuprobe和PCR)对传统方法经ATB鉴定为单核细胞增生李斯特菌和疑为单核细胞增生李斯特菌的菌株进行鉴定比较,建立灵敏,快速,可靠的鉴定方法。[方法]对经传统方法结合ATB鉴定分离的菌株(单核细胞增生李斯特菌)分别采用accuprobe和PCR试剂盒进行鉴定比较。[结果]对10株经传统方法结合ATB鉴定的Lm菌(包括疑似Lm菌)经PCR鉴定,3株为阳性,7株为阴性,与accuprobe法鉴定结果一致。[结论]分子生物学方法检测单核细胞增生李斯特菌是对传统方法的有效补充。

[Objective] To compare traditional method with molecular biology method on identification of listefia monocytogenes including doublful LM, so as to set up rapid, sensitive and reliable identification method. [Methods] Tradtional identification method were compared with molecular method （accuprobe and PCR） . [Results] Among the 10 strains of listefia monocytogenes identified by traditional method combined with ATB, three stains were identified to be positive and seven strains were negative, this results were the same as accuprobe. [Conclusions] Molecular biology method is an effective complement to the traditional method. It can be used in the rapid identification of pathogen.
