南海区10年间区镇级医疗机构消毒质量监测

MONITORING OF THE DISINFECTION QUALITY IN THE DISTRICT AND TOWN MEDICAL INSTITUTION IN NANHAI DISTRICT

[目的]对南海区区、镇两级医疗机构消毒质量进行连续性监测,了解其消毒工作效果,以便采取相应的改进措施。[方法]按《医院消毒卫生标准》和《一次性使用医疗用品卫生标准》于1995～2004年对南海区区、镇两级医疗机构进行消毒质量监测。[结果]监测样品12502份,合格11908份,总合格率为95.25%;各年度消毒质量差异有统计学意义,1998年合格率最低;区、镇两级医疗机构消毒的合格率差异无统计学意义;各类消毒监测结果不同,室内空气合格率相对较差。[结论]南海区区、镇两级医疗卫生机构消毒质量随着监督管理力度的加强及医护人员卫生消毒意识有了明显的提高,但空气消毒效果还需加强。

[Objective] To monitor and evaluate the disinfection quality in the district and the town medical institution, so as to adopt corresponding improvement measures. [ Methods] According to Hygienic standard of hospital deisinfection and Hygienic standard for disposable medical products, the disinfection quality was monitored from 1995 to 2004. [ Results] A- mong the 12 502 monitored samples, the qualified rate of disinfection was 95.25%. The disinfection quality among the 10 years was different. The lowest was in 1998. The qualified rates of disinfection in the district and the town medical institution weren＇t significantly different. Each kind of disinfection quality was different, among which the air disinfection quality was the lowest. [ Conclusions ] The disinfection quality in the district and the town medical institution is obviously enhanced, along with the strengthening of surveillance and the inprovement of disinfection consciousness, but the air disinfection quality still need to be enhanced.
