摘要
人力资源招聘是实现学校人力资源管理职能的关键环节,关系学校的生存和长远发展。中美学校在人力资源招聘活动的各个环节上存在着差异,本文将对这些差异进行分析、比较,最后提出值得我国学校借鉴的意见和改进措施。
Human resources recruitment is one of the key aspects in carrying out human resources management functions, which affects the survival and long- term development of the schools. There are many differences about every procedure of the human resources recruitment between Chinese and American schools. This paper will analyze and compare these differences, and draw some improvement solutions in the end.
