产业集群作为一种产业组织形态,对于企业成长、工业化进程以及区域经济竞争力做了广泛贡献。产业集群的形成受一些特定因素的影响,本文在国内外学者对产业集群现象研究的基础上,认为自然禀赋、规模经济、企业家精神以及历史偶然因素在产业集群形成过程中起了关键作用。

As a common industrial organization shape, the industrial clusters have made the widespread contribution for enterprise＇ s growth, the industrialization advancement and region economic competitiveness, however the industrial clusters＇ formation is received influences of some specific factors. On the basis of foreign scholars＇ research, this article believes that, the nature endowments, the economies of scale and the entrepreneurial spirit have played the key role in the industrial clusters＇ forming process.
