Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌保乳手术临床疗效分析

Breast Conservation Operation for Stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ Breast Cancer

目的探讨25例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的保乳手术疗效、术后美容效果和术后生活质量的良性效应。为更广泛地推广应用保乳手术及后续综合治疗提供依据。方法分析自2003年6月至2006年11月期间我科一组固定搭配的医师对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌作统一方法的保乳手术,并规范化术后放疗、化疗或内分泌治疗的相关资料。结果无手术并发症,随访4～38个月不等,无死亡病例。未发现复发病例。结论Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌作保乳手术,术后给予放疗、化疗,部分病例加作内分泌治疗,可以达到疗效可靠、手术创伤小、保持形体改变小、提高生活质量的目的。但前提是严格病例选择和保证相关综合治疗措施。

Objective To study the effectiveness and the cosmetic result of the breast conservation on patients with breast cancer . Methods from 2003 - 06 to 2006 - 11,25 patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ breast cancer were treated by a same group of surgeon. The operation was breast conservation and after operation chemotherapy and radiotherapy and also endocrine therapy were followed. All the patients were followed up for about 4 - 38 months. Results there were no post-operation complications. During the follow up period there were no recurrences and no mortalities. Conclusions the breast conservation combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy and endocrine therapy was safety and effectiveness for the stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ breast cancer, The operation trauma was smaller than conventional procedure and it has a good cosmetic result and good live qualities.
