P60复合树脂充填后牙II类洞的临床观察

Therapeutic Observation of Filling in Posterior Cavity with P60 Composite Resin

目的观察P60复合树脂充填后牙II类洞的临床效果。方法所有病例均为后牙II类洞,共263颗患牙。采用随机的方法,用P60复合树脂充填的牙数为156颗,用银汞合金充填的牙数为107颗,观察时间为2年,然后作对比研究。结果随访2年后发现,P60复合树脂组和银汞合金组后牙充填效果比较,前者成功152例(97.4%),后者成功98例(91.6%),经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论观察期内P60复合树脂充填后牙II类洞的临床效果令人满意,长期临床效果有待于进一步观察。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of P60 composite resin on filling in posterior cavity. Methods 263 teeth with caries on occlusal or distal surface were randomly divided into two groups, The 156 posterior caries on occlusal or distal surface were filled with P60 composite resin, the other 107 were filled with silver-amalgam alloy, The patients were followed up for 2 years, Results The effect of P60 composite resin on filling in posterior cavity was better than that of silver-amalgam alloy, the difference between the two groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions P60 composite resin could effectively treated caries on the molar occlusal or distal surface in observed time, but the permanent clinical effect need to be observed.
