摘要
本文阐述了阻塞流的国内外研究现状,从理论上和实际上论述了阻塞流分形动态控制的可行性,探讨了阻塞流分形动态控制研究的意义。研究表明,应用分形理论对城市阻塞流进行动态控制是可行的,而且具有一定的历史意义。
This thcsis introduces the research situation of blocks stream home and abroad, expatiates the feasibility of fractal dynamic control in blocks stream based on theory and practices, then discusses its significance. It is proved that using fractal theory to control blocks stream dynamically is feasible with specific historical significance.
