脑静脉血栓形成较为少见，其临床表现和发病方式变化多样，相当数量的患者病因不明。联合应用MRI和磁共振静脉造影检查是目前最佳的诊断方法。一旦明确诊断就应积极治疗，包括治疗原发病、控制惊厥、降低颅内高压和使用抗凝药。

Cerebral venous thrombosis is an infrequent condition, its clinical presentation and mode of onset are various. The etiology of a considerable number of patients remains unknown. The combination of magnetic resonance imaging and magnetic resonance venography is the best method of diagnosis at present. Once the diagnosis has been established active treatment should be instituted including treating primary diseases, controlling convulsion, lowering intracranial hypertension, and using anticoagulants.
