摘要 脑出血后,血肿内红细胞裂解释放出大量血红蛋白,血红蛋白降解为血红素和珠蛋白,血红素最终降解为铁、胆红素和CO,这些降解产物具有神经毒性并在脑水肿形成中起着重要作用。 The disruption of erythrocytes in hematoma after intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) releases a great deal of hemoglobin, which degrades into heme and globin, the former will finally degrade into iron, bilirubin and CO. These degradation products have neurotoxicity and play an important role in the edema formation.
