白细胞介素-1在卒中后表达增高,其对神经元、神经胶质细胞、血管内皮细胞以及局部内环境和全身环境的影响在卒中后脑损伤中起重要作用。研究白细胞介素-1内在的作用机制,有助于指导卒中的治疗和康复。
The expression of interleukin-1 increased after stroke. Its effect on neurons, glial cells, vascular endothelial cells, as well as local internal environment and systemic environment play an important role in brain injury after stroke. The study of the mechanism of action in interleukin-1 helps direct the treatment and rehabilitation of stroke.
