摘要
预防心房颤动引起的缺血性卒中的复发，抗凝治疗是公认的安全有效的方法。但对于心房颤动引起卒中的急性期抗凝治疗，仍然是目前争论的话题。澄清这一问题，对临床治疗决策具有重要的指导意义。
