摘要
阿魏酸钠可明显对抗乙醇所致肝脏过氧化脂质的增高，减轻谷胱甘肽含量的耗竭及防止谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性的降低。结果提示ＳＦ抗脂质过氧化作用与逆转谷胱甘肽及相关酶活性的改变有关。
Thestudyhasshownthatsodiumferulate(SF)significantlyinhibitstheriseofliverlipidperoxidesMDAcontent,aleviatesthedepletionofhepaticGSHpond,andreversesthedeclineofGST,GSH-Pxlevelsinethanoltreatedmice.TheresultsindicatethisinhibitoryactionofSFisrelatedtodiminishingthegenerationofoxygenfreeradicalsbystabilizingGSHandrelatedenzymelevels.
