摘要
对照人参总甙(Gin)观察绞股蓝总甙(Gyp)对大鼠心、脑微粒体ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明Gyp体外显著抑制心、脑Na+,K+-ATP酶,并具浓度依赖性。其IC50分别为58.79±8.05,52.07±6.25mg/L。提示Gyp的强心、中枢抑制作用可能与对Na+,K+-ATP酶的抑制有关。
Theefectsofgypenoside(Gyp)onthemicrosomalNa+,K+-ATPasefromratheartsandbrainswereinvestigatedincomparisonwithginsenoside(Gin).TheresultsshowedthatGypcouldinhibittheenzymeac-tivityrapidlyandreversiblyinvitro.Theinhibitionwasinaconcentration-dependmanner.TheIC50ofGypfortheheartandbrainwas58.79±8.05mg/Land52.07±6.25mg/Lrespectively.KineticanalysisrevealedthatGypwasanincompetitiveinhibitorofATP.TheseresultssuggestthatthepositiveinotropcefectandtheinhibitionofCNSbyGyparerelatedtotheinhibitoryactionofGypontheactiyilyofNa+,K+-ATPasefromheartsorbrains.
