Development of Expression of Glucose Transporter-1 in Infant Hemangiomas

葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(GLUT-1)是哺乳动物细胞葡萄糖跨膜转运的主要载体蛋白,与代谢密切相关。近来研究发现,GULT-1是婴幼儿血管瘤特殊的细胞标志物。本文就GULT-1在婴幼儿血管瘤中的表达及意义作一综述。

Glucose transporter-1 （GLUT-1） is the main carrier protein of transporting the glucose in mammalian cell, which is closely correlated with metabolism. In recent research, it is found that GLUT-1 is the special symbol of endothelial cell of the infant hemangiomas. Therefore, the development and significance of the expression of GLUT-1 in infant hemangiomas will be summarized in this article.
