The characteristics of traffic impact assessment of construction project in new developing region are discussed, and the method of making the assessment is put forward and demonstrated in detail. By using the case of Ningbo Guoda Radisson International Center, the objectivity and feasibility of the traffic impact assessment method in new developing region is demonstrated.
