荨麻疹汤对慢性荨麻疹患者血IL-4 IgE嗜酸粒细胞的影响

Effects of Qianmazhen Decoction on IL-4,IgE and Eosinophil in Chronic Urticaria

目的:探讨荨麻疹汤治疗慢性荨麻疹的作用机制。方法:测定荨麻疹汤或咪唑斯汀治疗前后患者血IL-4,IgE含量及嗜酸性粒细胞数,并作比较。结果:荨麻疹汤能降低患者血IL-4,IgE含量及嗜酸粒细胞数,而咪唑斯汀无此作用。结论:荨麻疹汤可能是通过降低血IL-4,IgE含量及嗜酸粒细胞数从而调节细胞免疫和体液免疫对慢性荨麻疹起到治疗作用。

Objective ： To study the effects of Qianmazhen Decoction on IL-4, IgE and eosinophil in chronic urticaria.Methods ： We measured the content of IL-4, IgE and blood eosinophil count of before and behind therapy by Qianmazhen Tang or Mizolastin. The results were compared. Results ： Qianmazhen Decoction could lower the content of IL-4, IgE and blood eosinophil count.But Mizolastin had not this effects.Conclusion： Qianmazhen Decoction could adjust cellular immunity and humoral immunity by lowering the content of IL-4, IgE and blood eosinophil count.
