摘要
目的:建立独活药材指纹图谱,全面控制独活药材质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以蛇床子素为参照,建立20个不同地区独活药材的指纹图谱。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,标定出11个共有峰。
Objective： To establish the fingerprint of Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. and control the quality to Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. roundly. Methods： The Osthol was used as internal standard compound, the HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of 20 batches of Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. in different region. Results： Get the fingerprint of Angelica pubescens Maxim. f. under the selected spectrum condition, they showed eleven public peaks.
